UBA-TOOLS

Is a platform that operates entirely under the SaaS (Software as a Service) model. Both the application and its infrastructure, IaaS (Infrastructure as a Service), and databases, DBaaS (Database as a Service), are managed in the cloud using services from the two most recognized providers in this field (AWS & Google). Each instance is unique to the client and is developed in a personalized way based on the business processes that the client has in their operations.

IMPLEMENTATION

The implementation of UT is done through a project. This project is executed in phases, starting with a general understanding of the business processes, followed by the development of functionalities, testing, and finally, the release of the system in the production environment for the client.

SUPPORT AND MAINTENANCE

Once the system is implemented for the client, UBA-tech will assign a support and maintenance team who will help the client with the daily operation of the system. This support is billed monthly at a fixed rate agreed upon at the start of the implementation project.

CHANGES / NEW FUNCTIONALITIES

Given the evolving nature of the industry, the development of new functionalities or changes to the production system is normal. These requests are handled on demand, and will be carried out in collaboration with the client, prioritizing according to their requirements. Development costs are billed separately.
